To re-energize its annual user conference and flagship marketing event, Salesforce tapped its agency of record: GPJ. Together, they held Dreamforce—the largest in-person event since the pandemic. More than 45,000 attendees from 140+ countries got together across 1M sq ft. of immersive experiences, with millions more joining via Salesforce+. The event blended immersive brand environments, theaters, concerts, partner showcases, and a robust virtual layer. GPJ led end-to-end experience strategy, design, production, operations, and execution in collaboration with Salesforce’s internal strategic event and creative teams.

A standout was the Agentforce Learning Experience: an LED-driven, interactive space for attendees to explore Salesforce’s latest AI solutions, connect with experts, and shape their own Agentforce journeys. From live to livestream, every touchpoint was crafted to deepen engagement, unify messaging, and bring the evolving Salesforce brand to life.
